We have an age verification for our US customers. If you’re unable to complete the age verification, please contact customer support.
Shipping & Delivery
Directly after you confirmed your order, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address with all the details of your order. All orders placed on a business day will be processed in a couple of hours and sent the same business day. All orders will be shipped to the address you specify. Our carriers UPS, DHL, Postnord will deliver your order safely and quickly.
The time of delivery depends on Postnord, DHL, and UPS timeframes and the postal service in the destination country. Delivery times may vary. Packages may also be delayed if held in customs. If your order has been shipped but not yet arrived, please note that we are unable to assist until at least 10 days have passed.
Once an order leaves our distribution center, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other external circumstances. Due to the nature of the product (smokeless nicotine or snus pouches), we cannot accept returns. This also applies if you change your mind or ordered the wrong product.
We reserve the right to select the most suitable courier, even if a different one was chosen at checkout. If necessary, the shipping method may be changed based on customs regulations, shipping constraints, or best courier options. No extra fees will apply for such adjustments.
Shipping to the United States
We ship to the U.S. for smokeless tobacco products, including snus. As the importer, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant U.S. laws and regulations.
Please note that U.S. customs may detain or seize packages due to local restrictions. We cannot guarantee that your package will pass through customs without issue.
If customs refuse or hold your package, we cannot reship or refund the order. Make sure you are aware of your state’s regulations before ordering.
Shipping to Australia
Orders to Australia may require a prescription if shipped with DHL. Please email your prescription and order number to info@niccodom.com. If not received in time, we may change the carrier to PostNord, which could have longer delivery times.
Australian customs may delay packages due to strict import laws. We are not responsible for delays or fees. Ensure compliance before ordering.

Customs & Import Regulations
Deliveries may be subject to import taxes, duties, or surcharges upon arrival. These charges must be paid by you. www.niccodom.com has no control over or knowledge of the amounts.
You are the importer and must comply with all local regulations. If your order is refused by customs or not picked up, we cannot offer refunds or reshipments. Products cannot be restocked or resold once shipped.
Customs inspections may also cause delays. You must respond to any requests from customs and provide necessary documentation.
Refunds & Return of Goods
Due to the nature of our products (smokeless nicotine and snus pouches), we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days. We will assess and assist accordingly.
We do not offer refunds for incorrect orders or change of mind.
Deliveries to Military Addresses
Delivery to military bases may take longer due to security and logistics. We cannot guarantee delivery times or successful delivery.
Customers must check with their local military post office. Customs and transport delays may apply. Refunds or reshipments are not available for delayed or failed deliveries to military addresses.
Backorder Meaning & Management
A backorder is an item that’s out of stock but on its way. You may still order and pay, knowing it will ship when restocked.
